LG Stylo 5 leaked image indicates official unveiling just around the corner
LG Smartphones, particularly their top-tier devices are not exactly doing well in the ever so competitive smartphone market. However, if there is a silver-lining, the mid-tier and and budget offering are maybe doing a better job than its flagship siblings. By filling the gap of a certain market, such as the affordable Stylo 4 which is essentially a niche phone for those who want a stylus-sporting phone, keeps the series going. Another reason its ticks certain consumer checklist as an inexpensive but modestly specced alternative to Samsung Note series.
Note: Since the LG Stylo 5 is already released in the market, you might also want to keep it protected with compatible tough cases.
The LG Stylo 4 was released in June last year and that only means a refresh is just imminent. Lo and behold, a leaked render is here. The supposed image of the yet to be unveiled LG Stylo 5 left nothing to the imagination and we can clearly see that nothing is dramatically changed on the exterior.
There is a camera and flash are now enclosed in a black pill-shaped design. Meanwhile, same placement for the fingerprint scanner can be seen from the render. On the right is the power / lock button and on the left is the volume rocker.

If rumors are to be believed, 3.5mm headset jack, which continues to exists in midrange device and is still nice to come in handy these days despite of mass obsolescence. Apparently, there is also a USB-C at the bottom and a slot that houses the stylus.
When it comes to pricing it is easy to speculate that it is within the same price as its predecessor, which is $299 when initially released. A clue in the the lockscreen may reveal that the official unveiling will be on July 5.
