LG Stylo 5 now available in the US via Cricket
The fact that LG Stylo 4 is well received in the US market. Along with the fact that it is good enough for what it does for such an affordable Android phone, makes it such a good buy overall and actually warrants a follow up. Without much fanfare, Cricket Wireless announced that customers can actually get their hands on LG Stylo 5 starting June 28.
You can get the stylus-sporting LG Stylo 5 at Cricket, both available online and at their physical stores. It will set you back $229.99 but you will be tied to at least $30 per month plan in order to own the device. An exclusive color for Cricket is Blonde Rose aka pink, but if that is not your thing, then might as well settle for Platinum Gray scheme.
The key selling point of the Stylo 5 that it is a pen wielding smartphone that lets you draw and take note of the screen, without the hefty price tag of the expensive Note series by Samsung. LG take advantage of the feature really well alongside features such as taking pointers even without turning the screen on or drawing sketches and incorporating them to a text message.
Other specs of the phone are the it 6.2” with Full HD+ resolution and a 3,500 mAh battery which is more than adequate to power the device for a day or more of average use. It will be running Android 9.0 out of the box on top of LG’s very own custom UI.

The LG Stylo 5 is also expected to be offered on other carriers in the US either on plan or unlocked.
