Samsung Note 10+ achieves highest camera and display rating
The Galaxy Note 10 and its variants has been announced just recently. From the look of things, the latest Note models are unsurprisingly, will have a powerful and more polished feature set than its predecessor, but not without decisions that put it a few steps back. The all glass design is as stunning as ever with prismatic back that reflects rainbow color. The mole of a notch is now in the upper center of the display and bezels are almost non existent. It is not a Note without its iconic stylus also known as the S Pen. With the introduction of gyroscope and accelerometer to S Pen, its capabilities extend beyond poking the screen. You can now use it as a remote camera shutter and switch between its functions by sort of waving it like a wand.
There is a quad rear camera set up on the back at least on the Note 10 Plus and 10 Plus 5G. All variants got a 12-MP dual-aperture, 16-MP wide-angle and 12-MP telephoto lenses. There is a 10 MP front facing shooter but all models got a single module selfie camera this time around unlike the pill shaped dual cameras on the S10 Plus.
The larger Note 10 Plus comes with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 3,040 x 1,440 pixels. As we have mentioned, some decisions seemed a bit backward (such as the lack of headphone jack) as the standard Note 10 just comes with a Full HD resolution with 2,280 x 1,080 pixels this time around.
But if you are in the market for top of the line Android phone at the moment, it seems the Note 10 Plus is a good contender. Based on renowned DxOMark camera test, the 10 Plus has the best camera so far while DisplayMate gave it A+ for its display. Those are a feather in the cap for the Note 10, that is until some new phone nodge it off the pedestal.
Highest Rated Mobile Phone Camera by DxOMark
Samsung is serious in the camera game of its flagship considering how it manage to end on top of DxOMark’s testing consecutively. The previous owner of the throne is the Galaxy S10 5G (shared with Huawei P30 Pro) but was usurped by the latest Note 10 Plus and is the current holder of mobile photography crown. With an overall score of 113, the Note 10 Plus is excellent performer whether for shooting stills or videos or in different lighting conditions. Best Phone Display in the Business
Nobody knows display technology better than Samsung and their in-house AMOLED screen utilized for the Note 10 Plus proves that point once again. DisplayMate is just enamored with the Note 10+ as it manage to snatch 13 performance records and awarded the highest A+ rating overall. The stylus toting device is praised due to its high color accuracy and peak brightness among others.
So there you have it folks. Those are just a few accolades that the Note 10 particularly the Plus version is racking up. For fans of Samsung, this is definitely something to get excited about especially those who are planning to get it.
