Android 10 is coming to these Samsung phones
Android 10 has finally rolled out to compatible Pixel phones on September 3, 2019. Meanwhile, any other non-Pixel and non-Android One devices may take a while to get the latest Android update. That said, Android 10 is still not yet officially announced for Samsung devices but there are rumors that the beta program could finally arrive sooner rather than later.
There is an unverified report about a selection of Samsung devices that are eligible for Android 10 software goodness. These long list of usual suspects are expected knowing that Samsung support usually includes devices that are around two years old. The rest however, are simply forgotten or those who have older flagship such the S7 are at least given a consolation in the form of security patches. .
As expected, the latest flagship Note 10 series and the Galaxy S10 family are probably first in line to get software makeover when Android 10 with Samsung overlay is ready for prime time. However, it seems to be the newest Galaxy Tab S6 is not on the list but we bet it will be among the tablet included in the update since it is a premium Android device by Samsung. So without further ado, below are the list of Samsung devices that are allegedly but plausibly getting Android 10 software.

The most notable omission is the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, Galaxy S8 Active and Note8 which is a bit over two years old and already past Samsung’s update timetable. If this list is accurate, then it is unfortunate if it doesn’t get any sort of after sale support since it still has capable hardware.
From the look of things, it won’t come as a shock if this list is accurate but so long as no official word yet from Samsung themselves, we should still take things with a grain of salt.
